Ora Peace Retreat Payment Plan Terms

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Payment plans are available for all guests booking a spot at the Ora Peace Retreat.

  • Guests must select the payment plan option at checkout and provide a valid payment method.

2. Payment Structure

  • Guests may choose between automatic drafts or manual payments.

  • Payments will be divided into equal monthly installments based on the date of enrollment.

  • The final balance must be paid in full by August 1, 2025, to secure attendance.

3. Manual Payments

Guests will receive an emailed invoice to complete payments.

  • Manual Payments: Guests are responsible for making each installment on time. A reminder will be sent before the due date.

4. Late & Missed Payments

  • A 3-day grace period will be provided for each monthly payment.

  • If a payment is not received within the grace period, a $25 late fee will apply.

  • If two consecutive payments are missed, the reservation may be canceled, and all payments made up to that point will be non-refundable.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another attendee if the guest is unable to attend.

  • Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Force Majeure Clause

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions), Ora Peace Retreat reserves the right to reschedule or offer credits toward a future retreat.

7. Agreement

  • By enrolling in the payment plan, guests acknowledge and accept these terms.
