Booking Terms & Conditions
By completing your registration for the Ora Peace Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment & Confirmation
Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
If a payment plan is selected, payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. You will receive a separate email to create a payment schedule.
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
All payments are non-refundable due to the intimate nature of this retreat and our commitments to the venue, facilitators, and vendors.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another guest. Please notify us in writing at hello@orapeaceretreat.com at least 30 days before the retreat and we will do our best to facilitate a transfer.
In the event that Ora Peace Retreat must be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, registered guests will be offered a credit toward a future retreat or an alternative solution at our discretion.
Travel & Liability
Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights and transportation to the retreat venue. Please share your flight schedule with us via email once reserved.
We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes or emergencies.
By attending, you acknowledge that participation in retreat activities is voluntary, and Ora Peace Retreat, its organizers, and partners are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, lost or damaged property, or unforeseen circumstances.
Health & Wellness Considerations
This retreat includes activities such as yoga, meditation, and outdoor experiences. Guests should consult with a medical professional if they have any concerns about participating.
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can accommodate your needs.
Illness & COVID-19 Policy: For the well-being of all guests, we ask that you do not attend the retreat if you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms. If you test positive for COVID-19 within 5 days of the retreat start date, please notify us immediately. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations due to illness. Ora Peace Retreat will follow any local health guidelines in place at the time of the retreat.
Code of Conduct
Ora Peace Retreat is a safe and inclusive space. We expect all guests to be respectful, kind, and open to the experience. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund and the seeking of appropriate damages.
